What is the most impressive competition you have entered ?

I took part in eloquence competition organized by my university last year

شاركت في مسابقة بالغة نظمتها جامعتي العام الماضي.

What was it about ?

The competition was to find out the best public speaker in the university

كانت المسابقة لمعرفة أفضل متحدث عام في الجامعة.

Were there many participants in the competition ?

هل كان هناك العديد من المشاركين في المسابقة؟

 Yes there were around 500 participants totally

نعم ، كان هناك حوالي 500 مشارك بالكامل

What price did you get ?

ما الجائزة التي حصلت عليها؟

Well I didn’t get a very high prize But it didn't matter I was still happy with the result

What could you learn from the competition ?

I learned the way to develop ideas for speech beside some body language tips In public speaking 

لقد تعلمت طريقة تطوير أفكار لخطاب بجانب بعض نصائح لغة الجسد في الخطابة.

Did you have to prepare a lot for the competition ?

هل كان عليك التحضير كثيرا للمنافسة؟ 

Yes I did I read various materials about eloquence as well as rehearsed a lot

نعم. قرأت مواد مختلفة عن البالغة ، كما تدربت كثيرا

How did you know about the competition ?

كيف علمت عن المسابقة؟

The competition was informed in the school Poster

المنافسة كانت معلنة في ملصق للمدرسة

 Did you do your best then ?

هل بذلت جهدك حينها؟

Yes I think so after the competition I know I have to try more

نعم اعتقد ذلك ، بعد المسابقة علمت أنه يجب على المحاولة أكثر

Is the competition useful in your opinion ?

هل المسابقة مفيدة في رأيك؟

Sure it helps students learn soft skills as well as become more confident in life

بالتأكيد. تساعد الطالب على تعلم المهارات اللينة وكذلك أن يصبحوا أكثر ثقة في الحياة.
